Just outside of Branxholm, the Gardener’s Cottage sits on the edge of Tasmanian forest; which is the home of a large flock of black yellow-tailed cockatoos. The cottage is a charming self-contained fully-equipped two bedroom residence with private entrances from the Mara Ponds Gardens where you can catch glimpses of the platypus and other native residents.

Relax after spending a hard day enjoying the delights of exploring the North East of Tasmania. Picnic in the gardens or spend a warm evening besides the firepit viewing the brilliant stars.

The Cottage provides lots of space for up to four adults with a minimum stay is two nights.

Due to the nature of the gardens with wildlife and ponds, children are not accepted as guests.
